Important Note

To be a nominee for the ICP 2026 Outstanding Research Presentations Awards, submitted abstract or brief report of the nominated study should not be previously published elsewhere nor under review in any other journals. All abstracts and brief reports should be prepared according to the Psychiatry and Clinical Psychopharmacology submission guidelines.

Submission Requirements

Submission Process

Presenters who would like to nominate for the ICP 2026 Outstanding Research Presentations Awards are required to upload the Brief Report of their abstracts to the abstract submission system by the deadline which will be further announced.

The authors should submit their oral/poster research presentation abstracts with 250-300 words to the online abstract submission system within abstract submission period.

Submission deadline: 30th January, 2026

Brief Report Format

  • Length: Maximum 1,500 words excluding title, authors and affiliation, and references
  • Structure: Title at the top, authors below, and affiliations with supercited numbers next to each author
  • Components: Objective, methods, results, and discussion
  • References: Maximum of 5 references is ideal, focusing on the most valuable literature
  • Tables & Figures: Maximum 4 tables and 2 high-quality figures

Note: Abstract of brief report should not be included in the document.

Structure Requirements

All abstracts and brief reports of award-nominated research presentations should be written in and composed of four components as following:

  • Results
  • Conclusions

Brief Report

  • Objective
  • Methods
  • Results
  • Discussion
Tables and Figures

Award-nominated abstracts are submitted with a maximum number of two tables and one high-quality figure which are optional to be submitted for each. Each Outstanding Research Presentations Awards Brief Report is restricted to four tables and two high-quality figures maximum in the manuscript.

References

References of brief reports should be organized in accordance with journal instructions of the Psychiatry and Clinical Psychopharmacology.
